EMERGENCY PROTOCOL FOR GUESTS
At Hotel Guizado Portillo Hacienda & Resort, the safety and well-being of our guests is a priority. Below we detail our emergency protocol to ensure a quick and effective response to any eventuality:
- Activation of the Emergency Protocol
- In the event of a medical emergency, accident or risky situation, guests must immediately inform the nearest staff or contact reception.
- Our staff is trained to act in emergency situations and will take the necessary measures to assist you.
- Medical Care at the Hotel Clinic
- We have a medical care clinic located in front of the pool, available to provide first aid and immediate assistance in case of emergencies.
- If additional medical assistance is required, our team will coordinate transfer to a nearby medical center.
- Safety and Evacuation Areas
- Evacuation routes are clearly marked throughout the hotel. In the event that evacuation is necessary, follow the instructions of the staff and go to the designated meeting points.
- Evacuation plans are located on each floor and in the rooms, detailing emergency exits and meeting points.
- Procedures in Recreational Areas
- Recreational areas, such as the children's play area and the pool, are periodically monitored to ensure their safety. However, parents and companions are advised to keep an eye on minors at all times.
- In the event of an accident in these areas, notify the staff immediately to activate the corresponding protocol.
- Communication with Emergency Personnel
- During an emergency, our team will be in constant communication with local authorities and emergency services to coordinate the necessary assistance or evacuation.
- In the event of an earthquake or natural disaster, follow the instructions of our staff, who will guide you to a safe area.
- Use of Facilities After Check-out
- Once check-out has been completed, the use of the facilities is limited and the availability of services is not guaranteed. Any accident or eventuality that occurs after check-out will be the exclusive responsibility of the client.
- Incident Reporting and Responsibility Policy
- To ensure a timely response, we ask guests to report any incident immediately. Failure to report may limit the hotel's ability to provide appropriate assistance.
- Every guest who completes a reservation accepts the terms of this protocol and is responsible for acting in accordance with the established safety recommendations.
