SECURITY POLICIES AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay at our facilities, we ask our guests to take into account the following safety and assistance policies before making their reservation:

1. Emergency Protocols: Our hotel has security protocols in place to respond to emergency situations. Guests must report any incident immediately to the nearest staff to activate assistance procedures. See

Use of Recreational Areas and Children's Games: Recreational areas, such as the children's play area and swimming pools, are designed for safe use, but parents and companions are advised to supervise minors at all times. The use of all recreational areas by children must be carried out under the constant supervision of parents or guardians. The hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents or damages caused in these areas.
3. Use of Facilities After Check-out: Once check-out has been made, the use of the facilities is limited. Any accident or eventuality that occurs after this time will be the exclusive responsibility of the client, leaving the hotel free of any obligation or compensation.
4. Availability of Medical Care: We have a medical care desk on our premises, located in front of the pool, to provide support in case of unforeseen situations. Guests receive an information guide upon check-in detailing emergency services and contact points.
5. Responsibility and Incident Reporting: For the well-being of all, guests are asked to report any incidents during their stay. Timely notification is essential to activate help protocols and ensure an appropriate response.
6. Loss of Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in the room outside the safe.
7. Complaints Book: The hotel has a physical complaints book at reception, where you can make any complaints or comments. This measure ensures transparent and timely management of your concerns.
8. Minors: Minors must be accompanied by at least one of their parents. In the event that the minor is staying with another person, the latter must present a notarized permission from the parents. If this permission is not presented, the hotel will not be able to proceed with the minor's check-in for safety reasons.
9. Conditions of Use of Bicycles: The hotel is not responsible for accidents or damages caused by the use of bicycles inside or outside the facilities. The guest assumes full responsibility for their use.
10. Visits to Rural Areas: The hotel has established safety observations for visits to rural areas (Ribera del Río Cañete, Laguna, Caminos, etc.). Any accident or damage caused by the violation of these recommendations will be assumed directly by the guest.
11. Use of Swimming Pools: The hotel's swimming pools are free for guests to use. The use of the swimming pools is under the complete responsibility of the guests, and the hotel does not assume any charges for accidents or damages that occur during their use.
12. Coverage and Limitation of Liability: In the event of an incident occurring that is not reported during the stay or at check-out, the hotel reserves the right to assess the situation before making any refund or compensation.
