TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS
Terms and Conditions of Reservations
- Modification of Reservations: You can modify your reservation without penalty 24 hours before arrival. If you do not have a set date, you can choose to suspend the reservation for up to 6 months without penalty.
- Final Cancellation: In case of final cancellation, a 30% penalty will be applied, and the refund will be made within 15 business days.
Terms and Conditions of Refunds
The refund is made according to the payment method used at the time of acquiring the services.
- Refund Method:
- Transfers, checks or cash: The refund is made by electronic transfer to the account of the holder who made the payment.
- Credit or debit card: A manual reversal is made to the cardholder who made the payment.
- Requirements for Transfers:
- For refunds that apply a bank transfer, the interbank account number (CCI), full names and ID number must be provided. If a transfer to a third party's account is required, the CCI, full names and ID number of said third party must be indicated.
- Penalty and Administrative Expenses:
- In the event of a definitive cancellation, a 30% penalty will be applied to the total amount of the reservation.
- All refunds are subject to an additional administrative charge of S/ 50.00 per refund request. This charge is independent of the definitive cancellation penalty.
- Additional Discounts on Partial Refunds:
- For partial refunds, in addition to the administrative charge of S/ 50.00, an additional discount of 3.5% plus VAT will be applied to the amount to be refunded when payment has been made by credit or debit card. This discount covers the fees charged by the payment platforms used through the payment gateways of the contracted franchises.
- Refund Request Process:
- The refund request must be made using the established form, signed by the invoice holder and/or cardholder. The refund will be made within 15 business days from receipt of the duly completed request.
